An auction record is not an ownership history, an accident history or a title report. The car may have crossed the block before, and no lot does not mean no accident.
A record from the American auctions. The site hides the lot price.

Past the 7-year line: excise is 4.5 GEL per cc, not 1.5. The same car one year younger would pay $2 885 less.
An estimate, not an invoice. Computed from displacement, year, fuel and steering side against the Revenue Service's own calculator. On top of it sit storage at 5 GEL a day and a broker, usually $77-250. Georgian customs values the car itself and is not bound by the invoice.
myauto's estimate is not shown here: it does not account for clearance, so “cheaper than the estimate” means nothing on an uncleared car.
Each car has its own page: the auction record, photos and mileage.
